Eric began his career with U.S. Healthcare (USHC) in 1989 following his graduation from The Ohio State University. During his 9 years at USHC, Eric received promotions to Key Account Executive in 1992 and was later appointed to National Accounts Manager in 1994. As National Accounts Manager, he managed the relationships of twelve of U.S. Healthcare’s largest clients in New Jersey. In July 1996, following the Aetna merger, Eric was promoted to Sales Vice President, National Accounts. As part of his responsibilities, Eric directed sales in New Jersey and assisted in the strategic planning of some of Aetna U.S. Heathcare’s largest and most prestigious national account clients.
In 1998, Eric was hired by Magellan Behavioral Health as Regional Sales Vice President. His key role was to sell “carve-in” behavioral health programs to area health plans.
Eric has been married for over 30 years, has three boys, and a beloved rescue dog, George. He and his family reside in Sparta, New Jersey. Outside of Workplace Benefits, Eric loves to fish, is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan, and is also the keyboard player for
